We need to have the bankruptcy discharged - this usually happens 90 days after filing. If you're close to the 90 days come on in and we'll start the process.
We can provide a loan during a chapter 13 bankruptcy. We will need a letter of authorization from your trustee stating the amount you pay monthly and the amount they will allow for car payment. Trustees are used to doing these letters!

A cosigner can help overcome new credit but not necessarily bad credit. If you have a cosigner do bring their information (soc sec # and date of birth) with you.

The majority of our vehcile are lease returns from Ford, Chrysler and General Motors. We travel all over the Northeast and Canada to buy the best vehicles we can find. We also stock some imports including Hondas.
Plan on spending about 20 minutes to review your credit, 20 minutes test driving and if you take "same day delivery" we can have you in and out in about 90 minutes.
We appreciate it if you make an appointment - especially on Saturdays. You may stop in to any location during normal business hours.
We will on occasion secure a loan for someone who lives more than 1 hour away but our preference is to take you through the process in person.
2 current pay stubs, a phone or utility bill, your drivers license, your trade in and the down payment.
